The shoes arrived in this lovely packaging and are the best gift you can give yourself! Its great to see your own design look so awesome on your feet :)

I had ordered my pair in 38 and found that I should have actually ordered 37. However once I contacted customer support, they remade my shoes with no delay and now I have my perfect pair.
Excellent customer service and very good value for money. Look forward to designing my shoes again. :)
