FAQ

To place an order follow these steps:
  1. Design your heels using our 3D designer tool and then add it to your cart
  2. If you're not already logged in, then you can do so here. If you are a new user you can register by either entering your details or by linking us with your facebook account.
  3. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired mode of payment and confirm your order.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 weeks of placing it.
Your perfect heels will be delivered to your doorstep by Our Courier Partners. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed boxes to ensure that their mint condition.!
We'll confirm your order by sending a confirmation e-mail, showing the summary of the order and the expected date of delivery.
Once we have shipped out your order, we will send another email confirming the shipment.
Please check your bank account to ensure to confirm that the money was debited. If it was debited due to a payment failure, the bank normally rolls it back within 7 business days.! For any assistance, you can contact us here
By going to My Account -> My Orders, you can view the status of your order.
Registering with us inevitably subscribes you to our newsletter. In the event you want to unsubscribe, you can do so click on the "unsubscribe" link in the e-mail.
We hate spoiling a surprise but unfortunately regulations prevent us from sending orders without invoices.
